Sheridan is the little brother building to Maverick, similar in shape and size but rising six stories high.

The basement level will feature underground parking spaces, a pet area, and a wash bay for tenants. The second floor will house 17 studio and one-bedroom apartment units. The third and fourth floor will offer 17, two-story apartment units, ranging from one bed to three bed options. The final fifth and sixth floors will be to home to 20 condo units. These condos will each have their own private balcony. Condos will offer one-bedroom and two-bedroom options.
